Our Services

Our services are designed around individual goals, strengths and everyday needs. The support offered, its format and its suitability are discussed during the enquiry and assessment process.

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

We seek to understand the circumstances and needs associated with behaviours of concern, including communication, environmental factors and everyday routines. Where appropriate and within practitioner scope, this understanding informs individualised strategies that prioritise wellbeing, skill development, choice and safer, more supportive environments. Understand Positive Behaviour Support

Practical skills development

Skill-building support may focus on functional communication, emotional regulation, social participation, decision-making and daily routines. Goals are selected collaboratively and adapted to the person’s learning style, preferences and daily environments.

Family and carer support

Families and carers play an important role in everyday support. We provide practical guidance to help them understand strategies, respond consistently and build confidence while respecting the individual’s needs and preferences.

Individualised intervention and collaboration

We work with the individual and, with appropriate consent, their family, carers, educators and other professionals to align goals and make strategies realistic across home, learning and community settings.
